Tiger Stadium is a safer, more versatile venue that is now home to many Hollidaysburg Area Junior and Senior High School sporting events and practices, physical education classes, band performances, graduation ceremonies and more.
This project is being funded entirely through community and business contributions. The Hollidaysburg Area School District will save as a result of the new surface and through increased revenue from the additional events that will be held on the field. The school district also gains benefit by utilizing the topsoil from the construction process to build and enhance practice fields for its soccer and softball programs.

These savings along with the additional revenue generated through ticket sales, will allow the HASD to replace the surface in 10 – 12 years at no additional expense to the community. 		There are no events currently scheduled
